Great desk, as hoped. FedEx shipping practices are poor, however. The first desk arrived damaged with large gouges on the top side of the desktop. The packaging was not strong enough to withstand whatever FedEx did to it in transit. Seller initially offered to send wax to polish out the scratch plus a discount. When informed that the deep gouges could not be polished away, seller replaced the desk top. It also arrived with shipping damage, but luckily the scratches and punctures were on the bottom of the desktop so they aren’t visible. It’s a good desk, but chances of it arriving damaged seem pretty high. Customer service was responsive and reasonable.

The desk I was sent had a defect: Both legs had large sections of paint flaking off. The welds on the legs were decent, but the welder left bb's (metal spatter) all over. The desk top & connecting hardware had zero issues! The seller provided 1 set of replacement legs, which unfortunately had the same issues as the first, so they gave me a partial refund. I am impressed they made that effort. I did ask them multiple times what paint was used - so that I could match the color & finish to speed up the repair - but they wouldn't tell me. I hope the seller can improve communication and find a better source for the legs, because I think it's a fine desk at a good price, but I can't recommend it without including those caveats.
