Overall I think it’s exceptional value for the price when you compare it to competition, so I would recommend it (keeping in mind I’ve had it for a week). The table top looks great and feels sturdy, and assembly was intuitive enough with no problems on delivery. I dock a star because there’s a giant grey splotch on the underside of the table where I assume the finish didn’t sink in (or it was damaged in the warehouse i don’t know). To me, that’s a sign it’s missing quality assurance and if it can happen on the bottom it can happen on the top. I shrugged it off because it’s underneath but, just know your risks :) The mechanism for raising/lowering the desk feels a little flimsy but… So far so good! Otherwise yeah… I don’t think I could justify bothering with UpLift compared to this!

Beautiful wood table. Finished it looks great. I have bought many furnitures that i had to put together. Usually it’s fun and easy for me but this one was not the easiest to set up. That was my only issue with this purchase. The instructions don’t fully align with the table I got and they were generic instructions for a particular table setup so it took way longer than expected to set up. It really is a beautiful piece of wood though. Happy i got it

The directions were not so clear. And it is definitely a two person job. Once together is was very sturdy. I especially like the height adjustment feature.

I love the wood top that it came with my only issue would be that there wasn’t an predrilled holes for the control panel but that wasn’t too much of a problem tbh

The materials and function of the desk are outstanding. The one drawback is that the the set of predrilled holes on for attaching the base to the top are set too wide for the base. I marked them out, drilled pilot holes and attached the base to the top. Otherwise, the quality is superb.

The good things first. The service is beyond excellent. I couldn't believe their speed of response and care for satisfaction. The desk itself is really good, barring a few imperfections, which should be expected as it is "real wood". Now, the negatives. There was some damage to one of the corners. This was chalked up to rough handling by FedEx. They should probably look for someone else to ship. They were quick to give a partial refund. But I really didn't want to start with a "slightly damaged" desk. The keyboard tray is just long enough to hold a full size keyboard. No place for a mouse. Big drawback. Finally, minor complaint that the assembling directions should be reviewed for novice users like me.

This desk is good but not great. Positives: It is real wood. Good design. Negatives: Woefully inadequate instructions. Sloppiness by the manufacturer during handling meant many of surface blemishes / scratches. (It was packaged very well so these weren't shipping problems. Just scratched up by inattentive / uncaring personnel.). Nothing major but it was going in my son's room and he's not a stickler for detail. If it were going in my office I'd have sent it back.

My wife LOVES it! I found it pretty easy to assemble. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars was that there were no pilot holes drilled for the control pad. The screws were small enough that you could probably screw them into the table (wherever you want) without pilot holes but I drilled them myself anyway. I would definitely buy from here again!

The desktop is great. The drawer is really nice. Shipped very fast and was very well wrapped. The only reason I did not give it a 5 is because of the stand it's on. Seems to be a step below great, it's just good. Highly recommend this product.
