I ordered it and received it the very next day. It’s absolutely beautiful and exceeded by expectations. I had questions about what to do with the felt pads that were included with the parts. Since it came with feet, I wasn’t sure where they went. They responded to both of my questions the same day.

Great product - arrived super fast. My wife and I needed an entryway bench, and most higher-end stores like Resto Hardware, West Elm, Birch Lane, etc were entirely absurd with prices - this product looks just as nice for an infinitely better price. Looks perfect! Will buy from again! Arrived packed VERY well. It was also easy to assemble (they even included a socket wrench that made it much easier)...and I usually am terrible at that kinda stuff. :)

My wood bench arrived on the first day of the range given for delivery. I am mediately unboxed it put the legs on it, said it in front of my window and put a few plants on it and I couldn’t be happier. I’m missing two screws. However, since I was only sent six, but I will try to find two more on my own that fit. Simple to attach the legs.
