Received the desk in multiple boxes. The top had a crack that had been previously glued then refinished. It cracked on the top, side and bottom. I requested a new top. They said a refund of $150 only in lieu of replacing the top. The cost to fix , refinish and reinstall is a lot greater than a credit of $150. The fact they tried to sell an already cracked top and not address the defect is pretty poor

Horrendous product! Product didn’t match the description at all. Says made in ID (USA) and it’s in fact designed, made and shipped from China. Look up “Keelan Scott scam” online and you will see. I can’t believe the majority of reviews on here are real. Not to mention the desk comes “damaged” and “defective” to the point you can’t even use it because of its structural integrity being compromised with a large “split” going all the way across the “table top” both sides. See how I said “table top”? That’s because it isn’t real wood!! That’s another lie they tell you. This product cost me $610 for something that isn’t usable. Trust me and save yourself the aggravation of having to deal with being scammed. Read what real people say about this. Hopefully they do the right thing and refund me my money, otherwise I’ll go up the chain.
