They responded effectively and efficiently. My items came before the expected date which was really exciting another plus is the chairs already came assembled so it was literally take out the box and that was it minimal cleanup.. Would definitely recommend buying from them!!

All of my chairs have poor quality finish on them and many dark stains. It’s is not the true solid wood frame I expected for this price and that the person I message said they were. These scream “drop shipped”. Most of the wood pieces look like scraps.
